When someone asks me “Tell me about yourself” or “Who are you”. I often hesitate on what to say.

I mean their are so many parts to me that I don’t understand what to answer at that peculiar point.

Well some might say that one should answer according to the situation but how can I tell you something I am not and act the way you want me to.

Well I know, we humans are hypocrites i.e. we keep on acting in contradiction to our stated beliefs or feelings.

But we are also helpless since when we are categorized we have to act according to the stereotypical societal standards and norms even if all of it is just fake.

It’s like giving celebrities God like stature who can never do anything wrong and forgetting they too are humans, by default that can make mistakes too.

It has led to deep resentments, persecution, harassment, firings, riots and sometimes bloodshed. One category of people blames another category and there is never any real dialogue or resolution.

There is no such thing as good people or bad people its just people with unique backgrounds, upbringings, genes, quirks, traits and opinions.

We are:

As warm as the sun, as silly as fun
As cool as a tree, as scary as the sea
As hot as fire, cold as ice
Sweet as sugar and everything nice

As old as time, as straight as a line
As royal as a queen, as buzzed as a bee
As stealth as a tiger, smooth as a glider

In short, we are everything at once.

We repeat our mantra of unity in diversity over and over, proclaiming we are One.

Let’s make it true and celebrate our differences and our commonalities all at the same time.

After all, We ain’t objects but subjects of great matter.
